Dreams Are Never Built Alone

Today, I met a group of people who carried my dream like it was their own, that were tired, I could see it on their faces but they kept going they kept lifting, they kept serving, kept jumping and keeping the joy up, and at one point, I just stood there thinking…

“How did I deserve people like this?”

The older I get, the more I realize that one of God’s greatest gifts isn’t money, it isn’t influence, it isn’t opportunity, it’s people.

People who choose to believe in you before the world does, people who stay after everyone else has gone home, people who carry your burden for a while so you can keep carrying your assignment.

The truth is…

None of us deserve people like that.

They’re grace.

So today, before you continue with your sleep, I want you to do two things.

First…

Thank God for the people He’s placed in your life, not because they’re perfect but because they’re present, then, send one of them a message, it doesn’t have to be long.

Just tell them:

“You’re precious to me. Thank you for standing by me. I’ll never take your presence in my life for granted.”

Sometimes the people who keep us going don’t know how much they mean to us, today reminded me that dreams are never built alone, so I want to publicly honor the people who carried mine today.
