God Said Doesn’t Make It Easy
One of the hardest part of life is waking up every morning to a life that doesn’t look anything like what you’ve seen in your mind.
There are people who dream, they there are people who don’t just dream, they can already hear it, they’ve imagined the stage, the room, the celebration, the phone call to mama and friends (e don land), the moment everything changes mehn, I can feel it in every Fibre of my bones, sometimes it feels so real that you wake up smiling, Other times, you wake up wondering if you’re just crazy.
If that’s you…
This letter is for you.
I’ve realized something about dreamers, the dream is rarely the hardest part, It’s showing up when nobody is clapping, believing before there’s evidence, working while people quietly move on with their lives, that’s where most dreams die, not because they were impossible, because they demanded a version of us we hadn’t become yet, I’ve also learned that God doesn’t only give dreams, He gives wisdom and wisdom demands responsibility.
Dreams are exciting, responsibility is repetitive and daunting, but that’s where the dream slowly becomes reality, so if you’re reading this, Keep showing up, keep learning, keep building, even if God said it will still stress you my guy, don’t let anyone gaslight you into thinking because God told you thing about the dream or vision it’ll be easier.
One day though, the applause you’re already hearing in your imagination might simply become everyone else’s reality.
Until then…
